• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a technical support, solutions engineering, or field service role, with a focus on complex systems.
• Proven ability to design and implement technical solutions for installation and maintenance.
• Excellent analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface with technical and non-technical stakeholders remotely.
• Proficiency in using remote diagnostic tools, simulation software, and documentation platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively in a fully remote setting.
• Experience in data analysis and technical reporting.
• A dedicated home office with reliable high-speed internet access.
