You will lead talent acquisition strategies, manage end-to-end recruitment, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from any location, shaping the future talent strategy of a virtual-first organization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Ability to manage recruitment processes autonomously in a remote environment.
• Experience with modern recruitment tools, ATS, and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in employer branding and candidate engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier recruitment talent globally.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations for internal roles.
• Utilize digital channels and networking platforms to build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and refine job requirements.
• Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and report on KPIs.
