Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Sustainability Lead/Manager to establish and lead the Sustainability function within the Service Experience Office, embedding sustainability into governance, supplier management, and asset lifecycle. The role creates a scalable operating model across BO.

You will translate sustainability ambitions into operational action, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and drive measurable outcomes with a federated network across the organisation. Remote working arrangement.

Qualifications

• Experience in sustainability, service management, and governance within a large organisation.
• Ability to translate strategy into practical operating models with measurable outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and matrix leadership across the business.
• Knowledge of ITIL or equivalent service management practices.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the BO sustainability roadmap aligned to priorities.
• Establish the Sustainability function within the SEO with governance and operating rhythm.
• Define KPI framework and reporting dashboards for SEO and BO leadership.
• Embed sustainability into service review and supplier governance processes.
• Coordinate sustainability initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
