Placements24 is seeking a highly skilled Remote Subsurface Geologist to join its exploration and production team. You will interpret seismic data, build 3D geological models, and identify hydrocarbon targets from a fully remote setting.

With a Master's degree in geoscience and 7+ years in Oil & Gas, you will work independently yet collaborate with global subsurface teams, using Petrel and Kingdom Suite to drive reservoir understanding and project decisions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Geology, Geophysics, or related geoscience field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in subsurface geology within Oil & Gas.
• Proficiency with Petrel and Kingdom Suite; strong data integration skills.
• Strong understanding of sequence stratigraphy, sedimentology, and structural geology.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Subsurface Geologist to join their exploration and production team. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to critical geological assessments for their Oil & Gas operations. You will be instrumental in interpreting geological data, identifying potential hydrocarbon reservoirs, and providing essential subsurface insights to guide exploration and development strategies, all from a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
