You will work independently, manage multiple projects, and stay current with codes and industry practices while contributing to innovative, cost-effective solutions in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in structural engineering.
• Proficiency in SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD.Pro, Revit Structure.
• Solid understanding of structural mechanics, materials, and load calculations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, crucial for remote collaboration.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design for new constructions and renovations using industry-standard software.
• Develop detailed structural drawings, specifications, and calculations.
• Collaborate remotely with project managers, architects, and other engineers to ensure design integrity and project success.
• Review and approve shop drawings and construction submittals.
• Conduct structural assessments and provide recommendations for existing structures.
