Placements24 is seeking a Strategic Solutions Consultant for a fully remote role. You will design and implement strategic recommendations, lead client engagements, and drive transformative change across diverse industries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in management consulting, strategy, or related advisory role.
• Proven track record delivering strategic projects and solutions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of industry dynamics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working effectively and independently in a remote setting.
• Experience in developing and implementing digital transformation strategies is a plus.
• Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a relevant field is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present strategic recommendations and business cases to clients.
• Lead client engagements, managing project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and internal client data to identify opportunities.
• Design and architect solutions that address client strategic objectives and operational challenges.
• Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions with client teams to drive innovation.
• Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to deliver integrated solutions.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the firm's knowledge base.
• Ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction throughout project lifecycles.
