Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, category management, or procurement.
• Proven track record leading complex sourcing projects and managing significant spend categories.
• Expertise in negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies for critical product components and services.
