Placements24 is seeking a highly creative Curriculum Developer focused on STEM education. This fully remote position shapes educational programs, developing engaging materials and assessments for diverse learners.

You will collaborate with educators and designers to ensure quality and alignment with standards, driving innovation in Pretoria and beyond. The role requires a Master's degree and a minimum of six years' curriculum development experience in STEM, with strong writing and LMS

Qualifications

Master's degree in Education, STEM, or Curriculum Development preferred.
Minimum 6 years of experience in curriculum design for STEM education.
Experience designing K-12 or higher education curricula and materials.
Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design principles.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills; capable of documenting curricula clearly.
Proficiency with digital content creation tools and learning management systems.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and revise curriculum frameworks for STEM across grade levels.
Create engaging learning content, including lesson plans, assessments, and digital resources.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers for quality and alignment.
Incorporate best practices in pedagogy and learning science into curricula.
