Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Education, STEM or Curriculum and Instruction.
• Minimum 6 years in curriculum development, especially STEM.
• Standards-aligned curriculum materials for diverse learners.
• Strong instructional design and learning theory knowledge.
• Excellent research, writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive STEM curricula for various educational levels.
• Create engaging lesson plans, activities, assessments, and digital resources.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure curriculum accuracy and pedagogy.
• Incorporate best practices in instructional design and educational technology.
• Pilot, evaluate, and revise curriculum frameworks based on feedback and outcomes.
• Stay abreast of current trends in STEM education and edtech.
