Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an Online Curriculum Developer specializing in STEM to design, develop, and deliver engaging online learning materials for K-12 students on a fully remote basis.

You will translate complex STEM concepts into accessible digital experiences, align content with standards, and collaborate with subject matter experts and multimedia teams to ensure high-quality learning experiences for a global audience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in instructional design and online curriculum development for STEM subjects.
• Strong understanding of online pedagogy, adult learning principles, and assessment strategies.
• Excellent writing, editing and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging online curriculum modules and course content for STEM subjects, targeting specific grade levels.
• Create interactive learning activities, assessments, quizzes, and multimedia resources (videos, simulations, infographics).
• Ensure curriculum content is aligned with educational standards, pedagogical best practices, and learning objectives.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and multimedia specialists to produce cohesive learning experiences.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables for curriculum development projects.
• Regularly review and update existing online content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness.
