Placements24 is seeking an Online Curriculum Developer with a STEM focus for a fully remote role. You will design engaging online courses, collaborate with subject matter experts, and ensure pedagogical soundness using Storyline, Captivate, and LMS platforms.

The position offers flexibility to work from anywhere with a global reach. You should hold a Bachelor's or Master's in a STEM field, Education, or Instructional Design and demonstrate strong instructional design principles and adult

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM, Education, or Instructional Design.
Experience in curriculum development for online or e-learning environments.
Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and LMS.
Strong instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Design and develop engaging online courses and learning materials for various STEM disciplines.
Incorporate interactive elements, multimedia, and assessments to optimize the learning experience.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and pedagogical effectiveness.
Utilize LMS and authoring tools to build and deploy curriculum.
Stay current with trends in online education, instructional design, and educational technology.
