Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Data Analyst supporting business stakeholders and collaborating with data engineers.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field is preferred; an advanced degree is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and BI tools (Databricks and Sigma are a plus).
• Strong track record of independently solving complex problems.
• Passion for using data to drive business decisions and sustainability initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to stakeholders across the organization.
• Proactive initiative in improving processes, products, or services with ownership and accountability.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to identify root causes and propose data-driven solutions.
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Eagerness to understand business operations and apply that knowledge to strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Independently gather requirements, deliver, maintain, and improve data models, dashboards, analyses, A/B tests, and data assets using advanced SQL and BI tools.
• Become the subject matter expert for data within business areas and partner with stakeholders to inform decisions and strategy.
• Create and maintain data documentation, validate mappings, conduct QA, and implement data quality monitoring.
• Monitor usage of data assets, promote self-service through BI tools, and provide training and guidance.
• Work within a centralized data team using agile methodologies and collaborate with peers to broaden knowledge.
• Partner with data architects, engineers, scientists, and analysts to shape the data platform vision and track annual OKRs.
