Qualifications

• 10+ years in Solution/Enterprise/Data Architecture roles within enterprise environments.
• Proven record delivering large-scale data transformation and modernization initiatives.
• Experience designing and implementing Databricks solutions in enterprise settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic architectural leadership for the Databricks implementation and data modernization.
• Design enterprise-scale data and analytics architectures aligned to business and AI goals.
• Develop frameworks, standards, patterns, and best practices for Databricks adoption.
• Guide Data Engineering on design, scalability, security, and governance aspects.
• Define migration strategies from SQL Server/Microsoft stack to Databricks.
• Establish governance and architecture review processes and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive outcomes and mentor teams.
