Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years as a Data Analyst supporting business stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field preferred; advanced degree a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and BI tools; Databricks and Sigma a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather, prioritize, and deliver reusable data models, dashboards, analyses, and experiments using SQL and BI tools.
• Serve as data SME for business areas; surface insights and influence strategy.
• Create data documentation, validate mappings, and monitor data quality.
• Promote data literacy and self-service through training and support.
• Collaborate in an agile centralized data team, aligning on OKRs and roadmaps.
• Partner with data architects/engineers to shape the data platform roadmap.
