Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Data Analyst supporting business stakeholders and collaborating with data engineers.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field preferred; an advanced degree is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and BI tools; Databricks and Sigma are a plus.
• Strong track record of independently solving complex problems.
• Passion for using data to drive business decisions and sustainability initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas and insights to stakeholders.
• Proven initiative in improving processes, products, or services with ownership and accountability.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to identify root causes and data-driven solutions.
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Eagerness to understand business operations and apply knowledge to strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Independently gather requirements, prioritize, deliver, and improve reusable data models, dashboards, analyses, and A/B tests.
• Act as the data domain product manager and implementer using advanced SQL and BI tools.
• Become the SME for data within business areas; surface insights and influence strategy.
• Create and maintain comprehensive data documentation and validate data mapping.
• Monitor usage, promote self-service through BI, and provide training and support.
• Collaborate with a centralized data team in an agile environment and participate in code reviews.
