Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Data Science, CS, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Data Scientist, with focus on sports analytics.
• Proficiency in Python or R with related libraries.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL and data warehousing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and validate ML models for player performance and injury risk.
• Analyze large datasets from wearables, video, and game stats.
• Design experiments to test hypotheses and derive insights.
• Collaborate with coaches, analysts, scouts to translate needs.
• Build robust data pipelines and ETL processes.
