Qualifications

Proven experience as a Sourcing Specialist or in a similar procurement role.
Strong understanding of sourcing methodologies, supplier evaluation, and contract management.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities remotely.
