Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth market research and category analysis to identify sourcing opportunities and risks.
Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for key spend categories, focusing on total cost of ownership.
Lead cross-functional teams in sourcing projects, including RFI/RFP development and supplier selection.
Negotiate complex contracts and master service agreements with key suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
Monitor supplier performance against contractual obligations and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between sourcing strategies and business needs.
