Job summary

Babble seeks a Solutions Architect to lead technical delivery across Modern Workplace, Cyber Security, Network and Backup/DR. You will own design, deployment and handover, mentoring engineers and guiding customers from pre-sales through to post-implementation.

The role emphasizes hands-on deployment, architecture leadership, and developing standards and templates for scalable delivery across Babble’s portfolio.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing and delivering across Modern Workplace, Cyber Security, Backup/DR and Networking, plus Azure.
• Demonstrated authorship of High-Level Designs, Low-Level Designs and Statements of Work.
• Mentors and grows Level 1/2 engineers and supports cross-team delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on implementation on complex, multi-domain projects including Azure VDES and hybrid identities.
• Produce HLD/LLD and Statements of Work for customer solutions across multiple domains.
• Provide design assurance, review progress against specifications and advise on deviations.
• Mentor junior engineers and support knowledge transfer within Professional Services.
• Define and maintain technical standards, deployment checklists and design templates across projects.
• Validate UAT results and ensure delivered solutions meet design specs.
• Support pre-sales activities including scoping calls and technical feasibility assessments.
