Job summary

Babble is seeking a Solutions Architect to act as the senior technical authority within the Babble Professional Services team. The role focuses on the technical implementation, configuration and deployment of customer solutions across Modern Workplace, Cyber Security, Network and Backup/DR domains.

As a Level 3 Engineer, you will lead hands-on deployments, design High-Level and Low-Level Designs, and author Statements of Work translating requirements into production-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• Senior technical authority in Professional Services
• Proven ability to design across Modern Workplace, Cyber Security, Network and Backup/DR
• Hands-on deployment leadership across complex projects

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on implementation on complex, multi-domain projects with Azure VDI deployments
• Produce High-Level and Low-Level Designs for customer solutions across multiple domains
• Author Statements of Work detailing scope, deliverables and milestones
• Provide design guidance and verify implementation against design specs
• Mentor Level 1/2 engineers and support career progression
• Collaborate with Service Desk, NOC and managed services for operational supportability
