Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental) or related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in solar energy analysis, project finance, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in solar energy modeling software (e.g., PVsyst, Helioscope, SAM).
• Strong understanding of financial analysis techniques and investment metrics.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Python, Tableau).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive site assessments and feasibility studies for potential solar PV installations, entirely remotely.
• Analyze historical weather data, energy consumption patterns, and grid interconnection requirements.
• Perform financial modeling and economic analysis, including ROI, LCOE, and payback period calculations for solar projects.
• Utilize specialized software and tools for solar resource assessment and system design simulation.
• Prepare detailed technical and financial reports for internal review and client presentations.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of operational solar energy systems, identifying areas for optimization.
