Placements24 is seeking a passionate Social Media Community Manager for our Benoni-based ecommerce client. You will build a thriving online community, respond to inquiries, and moderate conversations to maintain a positive brand voice.

You will monitor platforms, develop engagement strategies, and collaborate with the content team to create community-specific content. The role offers fully remote work with a global customer-care mindset.

Qualifications

Experience in Community Manager or Social Media Moderator roles.
Excellent written and verbal communication with a friendly, professional tone.
Strong understanding of social platforms and best practices.
Empathetic and professional customer interactions.
Experience with social media monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

Actively monitor and engage with community across all social media platforms.
