• Experience with social media management and listening tools.

Responsibilities

• Actively monitor and engage with the client's online community across all social media platforms.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely, professional, and brand-aligned manner.
• Foster positive discussions and user-generated content, building brand advocates and a loyal following.
• Identify and engage with relevant online influencers and brand advocates.
• Report on community sentiment and customer inquiries to relevant internal teams.
• Assist in developing social media content that encourages interaction and community building.
• Manage online reputation by addressing customer feedback and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure community engagement aligns with campaigns.
