• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media strategy, management, and community building, preferably within e-commerce.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Excellent copywriting, editing, and communication skills with a strong command of brand voice.
• Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, Google Analytics).
• Creative mindset with a strong understanding of visual content creation and storytelling.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
