Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Creative and strategic Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage our online presence and brand visibility in a remote role. You will develop and implement social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase awareness, engagement, and conversions.

You will create compelling content, monitor trends, analyze performance, and report on KPIs. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience in social media campaigns, strong writing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field.
• 2–3 years of proven social media management experience.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, trends and best practices for platforms.
• Proficiency with social media tools (Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics.
• Creative, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content including posts, stories, videos, and infographics.
• Monitor channels for trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a strong online community.
• Analyze performance metrics, track KPIs, and generate regular reports to improve campaigns.
