About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and innovative Remote Social Inclusion Facilitator to champion diversity and inclusion initiatives across the organization, with a primary focus on supporting individuals within the Mahikeng, North West region, but operating remotely. This crucial role involves developing and implementing strategies to foster a sense of belonging and ensure equitable opportunities for all. You will work with various teams and stakeholders to promote understanding, respect, and the integration of diverse perspectives. The ideal candidate is a strong advocate for social justice, possesses excellent virtual communication and facilitation skills, and has a deep understanding of inclusion principles. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to contribute impactful change from anywhere while connecting with communities in Mahikeng, North West and beyond.
