Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Social Work, or related field.
• Proven experience in community outreach, engagement, or program coordination, preferably in a remote capacity.
• Strong understanding of Eastern Cape social and cultural dynamics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; digital storytelling and content creation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement online strategies to increase community awareness and participation in programs.
• Organize and facilitate virtual community events, workshops, and information sessions.
• Build relationships with community leaders, local organizations, and stakeholders via digital platforms.
• Create engaging content for social media, newsletters, and other online channels to promote initiatives.
• Track and report on effectiveness of activities and identify improvements.
• Respond to community inquiries and feedback through online channels.
