The ideal candidate brings 7–10 years of non-profit leadership, strong remote management skills, and a Master's degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive experience in non-profit management, program development, and leadership.

• Experience with impact measurement and evaluation methodologies.

• Experience with Soweto, Gauteng context is a plus.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Strong understanding of impact measurement and evaluation methodologies.

• Proficiency in using virtual collaboration tools and technologies.
• A Master's degree in Social Sciences, Public Administration, Development Studies, or a related field is highly preferred.

• Experience working with communities in or understanding the context of Soweto, Gauteng is a plus.
