Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field preferred.
• Proven track record in driving growth through social media marketing and growth hacking.
• Strong analytical skills with data analysis, A/B testing, and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement growth-hacking experiments across social media to drive user acquisition and engagement.
• Analyze social media data to identify patterns and opportunities for viral growth.
• Develop and test creative content strategies, ad creatives, and targeting parameters to optimize campaigns.
• Leverage emerging social media trends and platforms to stay ahead of the competition.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure cohesive growth strategies.
• Implement and track A/B tests on content, CTAs, and landing pages.
• Monitor KPIs and report growth experiment results and insights.
• Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates.
