Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in consulting, business advisory, or a similar role, with a focus on SMEs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Superior communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements, potentially remotely.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business assessments for SMEs to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
• Develop customized growth strategies, business plans, and market entry approaches for SMEs.
• Provide guidance on financial planning, funding acquisition, and cash flow management.
• Assist SMEs in optimizing their operations, improving efficiency, and reducing costs.
• Develop marketing and sales strategies to enhance market penetration and customer acquisition.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for SME owners and their teams.
• Manage consulting projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality advice and support.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with SME clients, acting as a long-term partner.
• Stay informed about SME support programs and resources available within South Africa.
