Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Remote Skincare Consultant & Brand Ambassador to join a beauty brand. You will provide expert skincare advice, personalized product recommendations, and support clients via video calls, chat, and email from your home office.

You will conduct virtual consultations, educate clients on ingredients and usage, respond to inquiries, create engaging content, and act as a brand advocate to build a loyal online community.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in skincare consultation or as a beauty advisor.
• Extensive knowledge of skincare ingredients, formulations, and common skin concerns.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a confident and friendly online presence.
• Proficiency with video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet) and CRM software.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Passion for the beauty industry and a genuine desire to help clients achieve their skin goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations to assess client skin types and concerns, providing tailored skincare routines.
• Educate clients on product benefits, ingredients, and proper usage via video calls and online platforms.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media.
• Develop engaging content (e.g., tutorials, Q&A sessions) to promote skincare education and brand awareness.
• Act as a brand advocate, building relationships with clients and fostering a positive online community.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on customer trends and product development in Benoni.
