Blacksmith Agency is seeking an Organic Growth Manager to own search for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will define the technical roadmap, content priorities, and the ranking story, acting as the strategic voice at the table.

This role requires hands-on SEO and leadership across multiple client projects. You will manage technical audits, keyword strategy, and content alignment with AI tools, delivering GA4/Search Console reporting and quarterly roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in SEO: conducted audits and fixes independently.
• Fluent in English with US clients on live calls.
• Experience managing multiple clients across an agency.

Responsabilités

• Technical SEO: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema, site architecture.
• Keyword strategy, on-page optimization and content priorities with writers/AI.
• Getting clients found in AI search and traditional organic results.
• Links, local search and multi-location SEO as needed.
• Reporting in GA4 and Search Console; quarterly client roadmaps.
