Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking an Organic Growth Manager to own search for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You set the technical roadmap, content priorities, and the ranking story when clients ask what moved. You are the strategic voice at the table, making the calls.

You will own technical SEO, keyword strategy, AI-enabled content workflows, local and multi-location SEO, and GA4/Search Console reporting, delivering quarterly client roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in SEO with audits and fixes completed.
• Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical SEO improvements: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema, and site architecture.
• Develop keyword strategy and on-page optimization with writers and AI.
• Improve visibility in AI search results alongside classical organic results.
• Manage links, local search and multi-location SEO for client needs.
• Provide reporting in GA4 and Search Console, and roadmap planning for each client.
