Blacksmith Agency is seeking an Organic Growth Manager to own search for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will define the technical SEO roadmap, prioritise content, and guide writers and AI to produce drafts. You’ll be the strategic voice on client calls, shaping the ranking story and outcomes.

You will manage audits, fixes, and multi-location SEO, reporting in GA4 and Search Console, and chart quarterly roadmaps for each client.

Qualificações

• 3+ years hands-on SEO with audits and fixes
• Fluent English for live US client calls
• Agency experience across multiple clients
• Strong knowledge of analytics and reporting

Responsabilidades

• Own technical SEO roadmap and site architecture
• Lead keyword strategy and content priorities with writers/AI
• Improve crawl, indexation, and site speed
• Report in GA4 and Search Console; plan quarterly roadmaps
• Grow clients’ organic visibility across locations
