Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking an Organic Search Manager to own search strategies for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You’ll lead the technical roadmap, set content priorities with writers and AI, and articulate the ranking story when clients ask what moved.

You’ll act as the strategic voice at the table, coordinating with multi-location teams and delivering GA4 and Search Console reporting, plus quarterly roadmaps for each client in a remote-friendly

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in SEO: audits and fixes completed.
• Proficient with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and SEO tools (Ahrefs or Semrush).
• Experience working with multiple clients in an agency.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsabilités

• Technical SEO: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema and site architecture.
• Keyword strategy, on-page optimization and content priorities, with writers and AI producing the drafts.
• Getting clients found in AI search: Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity, alongside classic organic results.
• Links, local search and multi-location SEO where the client needs it.
• Reporting in GA4 and Search Console, and the quarterly roadmap for each client.
