The role requires deep expertise in international shipping, customs, TMS/WMS systems, and data-driven decision making, with a track record of delivering cost efficiencies and service improvements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in logistics management and supply chain operations.
• Proven track record managing complex logistics projects.
• Knowledge of transportation modes, international shipping, customs, and trade compliance.
• Proficiency with logistics software including TMS and WMS.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (Logistics / SCM / MBA).

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Develop and implement innovative logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Analyze logistics data to identify improvements and implement data-driven solutions.
• Manage relationships with carriers and 3PL providers to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with domestic and international logistics regulations and trade compliance.
