- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field required.
- Master's degree is preferred for senior leadership.
- Strong background in end-to-end logistics and global networks.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic long-term logistics and supply chain plans.
- Oversee domestic and international logistics, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
- Manage and negotiate contracts with 3PLs and carriers.
- Implement technology solutions to enhance supply chain visibility.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing remote logistics team.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and drive continuous improvement.
