Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join a fully remote product team. You will shape the user experience of financial platforms, translating complex needs into elegant, user-centered solutions. Work with managers, developers and researchers across time zones to influence product direction.

The ideal candidate has a strong FinTech portfolio, can think strategically and execute meticulously in a remote, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI or related field.
• 6+ years of professional UX/UI design experience for digital products.
• Strong portfolio, preferably FinTech or complex apps.
• Proficient with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision.
• Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
• HTML/CSS/JS basics are a plus.
• Excellent visual design, detail-oriented, with strong presentation skills.
• Strong communication and remote collaboration abilities.
• Experience in an Agile environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a focus on digital products.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI design projects, particularly in FinTech or complex applications.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Excellent visual design skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, essential for remote collaboration.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
