Placements24 is seeking a Senior Telecom Billing Systems Analyst to join a leading telecommunications provider on a remote basis. You will manage, optimize, and troubleshoot complex billing systems, ensure accurate invoicing, and support revenue assurance initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in telecom billing analysis, strong SQL, Excel, and data analysis skills, with experience on platforms such as Amdocs, Oracle BRM, or Convergys.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in telecom billing systems analysis.
• Deep knowledge of billing processes, rating logic, revenue assurance.
• Experience with Amdocs, Oracle BRM, or Convergys.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze, configure, and maintain telecom billing platforms and rating engines.
• Oversee end-to-end billing cycle for accuracy and deadlines.
• Troubleshoot billing issues including rating discrepancies and invoices.
• Develop new rating plans, configurations, and billing rules.
• Create reports and dashboards to monitor billing performance.
