Placements24 seeks a Senior Systems Biologist to join its fully remote research team. You will apply systems biology and computational modeling to unravel disease mechanisms, integrate multi-omics data, and identify novel therapeutic targets for pharmaceutical development.

As a key contributor, you will mentor junior scientists, collaborate with experimental and clinical teams, and communicate findings through publications and presentations.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Systems Biology, Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, or related quantitative field.
• Extensive experience applying systems biology and computational modeling.
• Proficiency in Python and R and relevant bioinformatics tools.
• Strong understanding of molecular biology, cell biology, and disease mechanisms.
• Demonstrated ability to lead research projects and mentor junior scientists.
