Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering with specialization.
• Professional registration with ECSA is highly desirable.
• A minimum of 10 years in structural engineering design with a strong project portfolio.
• Advanced proficiency in ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, and Revit Structure.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design and analysis for diverse building projects, adhering to SANS and international standards.
• Perform complex calculations and simulations using industry software.
• Develop detailed drawings, specifications and design reports.
• Coordinate with remote architects, engineers, clients, and contractors.
• Mentor junior engineers and manage project timelines and deliverables.
• Review contractor submittals and RFIs; communicate technical solutions.
