Placements24 seeks an experienced Lead Consultant for Strategy and Operations in a fully remote role, ideally near East London. You will guide engagements aligning strategic goals with operational capabilities and drive impactful initiatives from a remote setting.

The position requires 10+ years in management consulting, an MBA or related degree, and a hands-on approach to process improvement with autonomy and client leadership across South Africa.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of management consulting experience with focus on strategy and operations.
• Master's degree in MBA or related field.
• Expertise in process re-engineering, supply chain optimization, and organizational design.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements focused on developing and executing integrated strategy and operations plans.
• Analyze complex operational challenges and design innovative solutions for improvement.
• Facilitate strategic planning sessions and operational reviews with senior client leadership.
• Oversee project teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and on-time completion.
