The role requires 5+ years of experience, strong proficiency in at least one major language (Python/Java/Go/C#), and cloud/containerization expertise. You’ll thrive in a flexible, autonomous environment with global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in at least one major language (Python/Java/Go/C#).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and applications.
• Write clean, well-tested code using modern languages and frameworks.
• Collaborate with product managers and frontend developers in a remote setting.
• Participate in architectural discussions and technical decision-making.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the lifecycle.
