Qualifications

• Degree or demonstrable experience in Computer Science/Software Engineering.
• 5+ years of backend experience.
• Proficiency in at least one modern backend language (Java, Python, Go, Node.js).
• Strong experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs; familiarity with microservices and distributed systems.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker).
• Experience with Git and modern CI/CD practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication in a remote asynchronous environment.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
