Qualifications

• Master's degree in Public Policy, Development Studies, Sociology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7–10 years in social impact, strategy development, program management, or related fields.
• Proven experience leading remote teams and managing projects virtually.
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social impact strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Conduct in-depth research on social issues and identify opportunities for intervention and partnership.
• Design and manage pilot projects and scalable social programs.
• Establish frameworks for measuring and evaluating social impact, tracking KPIs.
• Build and nurture strategic relationships with government, NGOs, and corporate partners.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful program execution.
• Prepare high-quality reports, proposals, and presentations for diverse audiences.
• Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of innovation and learning.
