Placements24 is seeking a Senior E-commerce Specialist to join a fully remote team. You will drive online sales strategies, optimize the customer journey, and ensure a seamless digital shopping experience across channels.

A strong track record in e-commerce and collaboration with marketing, operations, and IT is essential. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in e-commerce management, proficiency with Shopify/Magento, and experience with Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven e-commerce management and digital marketing experience.
• Experience driving online sales growth and improving key e-commerce metrics.
• Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (Shopify/Magento) and analytics tools (GA).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to raise traffic, conversions, and AOV.
• Manage product listings, merchandising, and promotions across online channels.
• Analyze site performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
• Collaborate with digital marketing to drive targeted traffic via SEO/SEM/social/email.
• Oversee daily operations of the e-commerce platform from browse to checkout.
• Stay updated on emerging e-commerce tech and best practices.
