Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in inventory management, stock control or logistics within retail.
• Proficiency with IMS and ERP software.
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles and logistics operations.
• Advanced Excel abilities for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records across multiple retail locations in the region.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with suppliers, transporters, and distribution centers.
• Monitor stock levels and optimize inventory to meet demand while minimizing costs.
• Implement stocktaking procedures, investigate discrepancies, and apply corrective actions.
• Analyze stock data to identify trends and forecast demand for replenishment.
• Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, variances, and logistics performance.
• Collaborate with store teams to resolve stock-related issues and improve flow.
• Process stock transfers and returns accurately and efficiently.
