Placements24 is seeking a Senior Real Estate Portfolio Manager for a fully remote role. You will drive strategic asset management and investment analysis, overseeing a diversified portfolio and coordinating with a global team.

The ideal candidate brings 7–10+ years in real estate investment or asset management, strong financial modeling, and excellent communication skills to manage investors, tenants, and brokers across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Must hold a master's degree in Finance, Real Estate, MBA, or a related field.
• 7–10+ years of progressive real estate investment or asset management experience.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and market analysis expertise.
• Proven track record of maximizing ROI across diversified real estate portfolios.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for acquisition, management, and disposition of real estate assets.
• Conduct market research, financial analyses, and feasibility studies for potential investments.
• Monitor portfolio performance; identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage relationships with investors, tenants, brokers, and property managers; ensure clear communication.
• Prepare investment memoranda and performance reports for senior management and the investment committee.
• Oversee due diligence for property transactions.
• Identify value creation opportunities through development, repositioning, or efficiency gains.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies.
