Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Masters and/or CFA designation highly preferred.
• 7–10 years in portfolio management or related role with equities focus.
• Strong understanding of equity markets, valuation techniques, and research methodologies.
• Proficiency with financial data platforms and portfolio management systems.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement investment strategies for equity portfolios aligned with client objectives and risk tolerance.
• Conduct fundamental research and analysis of companies, industries, and macroeconomic trends to identify opportunities.
• Make investment decisions regarding asset allocation, security selection, and portfolio construction.
• Monitor portfolio performance, risk exposures, and market developments.
• Collaborate with research analysts, traders, and team members to generate ideas and execute trades.
• Communicate portfolio strategy, performance, and outlook to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with investment policies and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to investment philosophy and process improvement.
• Manage client relationships and participate in client meetings as required.
