Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic partnership initiatives from identification through negotiation, integration, and ongoing management. This fully remote role supports revenue growth and market expansion, with early focus on partnerships and cross-functional collaboration.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in project management, business development, or alliances, plus a Bachelor’s and preferably an MBA.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
Experience with geographically dispersed teams and partners.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end management of strategic partnership initiatives from identification to ongoing management.
Develop and execute project plans for partnership agreements with scope, timelines, deliverables and KPIs.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership strategies.
Monitor performance of partnerships against KPIs and optimize as needed.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with new and existing partnerships.
Prepare and present updates to senior leadership and contribute to the strategic roadmap.
